2024 G-Class specs and photos

This is not a stock photo from Stuttgart. It is our 2024 Mercedes-Benz G-Class — light blue, blacked-out trim, V8 badge on the fender, roof rack already on it — photographed at the shop. Twin-turbo V8. Five seats. The silhouette you already know from Lions Gate and Whistler Village.

What is on the our cars card for this unit, not a brochure:

Must be 25+ to book Younger than that, we talk chauffeur, not a workaround.
A/C, GPS, USB charger Sea-to-Sky without borrowing a cable.

Child seat listed Tell us ages so the seat in the car is the right one.
Long-term car Weekly and longer are a real conversation, not a maybe.
5 seats · AWD Four friends, golf clubs, Whistler weather.

The rest of the Mogestic fleet is on the lot if you need a Porsche 911 for the canyon and this G-Wagon for the group. We mix them.

Rate, deposit, km, age 25+

Starting rate for the 2024 G-Class: from $625/day. That number is on our cars today. Weekend blocks usually beat three one-nighters. We do not publish a G-Wagon deposit, insurance menu, or kilometre cap on this page, because those are confirmed on the call for your dates — same rule we use on the bachelor weekend page.

Age is not a grey area. 25+ to book this car. Valid licence. A credit card for the deposit. Sober at pickup. If the designated driver is 23, do not hope. Call. We will put a chauffeur in it or point you at a different car.

No airport-counter junk fees. Delivery, kilometres, and insurance get a real answer when you text the dates — not a guess in a landing page.

Have dates and a headcount? That is enough to check the G-Wagon.

Why it wins Vancouver/Whistler weather

Vancouver is wet glass and a mountain highway, not a desert photoshoot. The G-Wagon is the car that still looks like a G-Wagon when the cloud ceiling sits on Grouse and the Sea-to-Sky is a mix of spray and brake lights.

City. Lions Gate, Stanley Park, a downtown hotel court. Height and the box do the arrival. AWD does the rain. You are not threading a 911 through a valet line with four people and bags.

North Shore. We sit at 930 Harbourside Dr, Suite 205. You are already on the right side of the water. Capilano, Edgemont, a wet morning on the hill — this is why people skip the airport-counter SUV.

Whistler. Shannon Falls, the overlooks, Village. Golf clubs, jackets, four friends. The 911 is the road. The G-Wagon is the road plus weather plus people. That is the split we already run on stag weekends.

If you only wanted the canyon and two seats, look at the 911. If you wanted seven seats and a night-out chauffeur, we have Escalades on the fleet. If you wanted the icon that still works when it snows on the pass, this is the car.

Self-drive vs chauffeur

Most G-Wagon days are self-drive. You take the keys, you take Sea-to-Sky, you bring it back — or we collect it. That is the default.

Chauffeur is the other product, not a footnote. We put a driver in the G-Wagon (or a Range Rover / Escalade) when the night is downtown and nobody should be parking a six-figure box outside a bar. Your car or ours. By the evening. Read how that works on private drivers.

A pattern we already book: self-drive the canyon Saturday, chauffeur Saturday night, drop Sunday at the hotel or YVR. You do not have to pick one mode for the whole weekend.

YVR delivery

You do not need to find a lot at Vancouver International. We deliver curbside at YVR, to downtown hotels, and to North Vancouver. Same story as our airport transfers page: the car is waiting so you are not hunting a counter after a long-haul.

Send the flight and the time. We will tell you how that morning works. Pickup at the Harbourside office is the simple version if you are already on the Shore. Delivery is the simple version if you are not. Plenty of guests never see the office.

Office: 930 Harbourside Dr, Suite 205, North Vancouver, BC. Monday–Sunday, 7am–7pm.

Weekend vs weekly

A Friday–Sunday block is the usual ask. Per day it usually beats locking three separate one-nighters, and it is how the G-Wagon actually gets used: arrive Friday, Whistler Saturday, drop Sunday.

This unit is also listed as a long-term car. Weekly and longer are real — film week, listing week, a month in town — but we will not invent a weekly number here. Text the dates. If you wanted a quieter SUV for a month, the rest of the fleet is on our cars.

Summer and long weekends go first. A text with dates is enough to check. If this G-Wagon is gone, we say so in the first reply instead of baiting you onto a GLB.

Book this car

Text or call Moe at (604) 841-0366 with:

  • Dates, and whether it is one night, Friday–Sunday, or a week
  • Self-drive, chauffeur, or both
  • YVR, downtown hotel, or North Van pickup
  • How many people, and the youngest driver’s age (25+ on this car)
  • Child seat ages if anyone is in one

Office: 930 Harbourside Dr, Suite 205, North Vancouver, BC. Open 7am–7pm, 7 days. Contacts page if you would rather email. The bachelor party page is the same booking motion if this is a stag weekend instead of a couple of keys for Whistler.

This G-Wagon goes on real weekends. Dates in, availability back.
